The three pillars of our program.
The 30 week curriculum is led by the classroom teacher and covers the following five components each week: Breath, Emotions, Self-Esteem & Community, Mindfulness, and Movement.
Professional Development training is offered at the beginning of the school year to explain the research supporting the BalancED Learning program and provide breath and movement training.
BALANCED LEARNING PROFESSIONAL
The BalancED Learning Professional teaches a breathing and movement based class with the students on a regular basis to integrate and reinforce the weekly curriculum.
